Moroccan families see less financial support from overseas loved ones.

Money sent home by Moroccans living abroad fell sharply in the first half of 2025, according to figures released by the Exchange Office. By June's end, remittances totaled MAD 55.86 billion – a 2.6% decrease compared to the same period last year when it reached MAD 57.35 billion.
