Morocco's Treasury and External Finance Directorate (DTFE) injected MAD 4.3 billion into short-term investments on Monday, seeking to manage the nation's cash surpluses effectively.

The first operation saw a significant uptake: MAD 3.4 billion was placed for one day at a weighted average rate of 2.31%, according to a DTFE statement. The second transaction involved a "blank operation" of MAD 900 million, with further details yet to be disclosed.
