Alexander Isak CONVINCED by Liverpool offer
Liverpool Set to Launch £130 Million Bid for Star Striker Isak
Newcastle braced for imminent offer as Swedish forward eyes Anfield switch
Alexander Isak has made his intentions clear: he wants to leave Newcastle and join Liverpool this summer. The Swedish international, who informed the club of his desire to move on, is currently sidelined with a slight thigh injury and missed the team's Asian tour. Transfer insider Lewis Steele reports that an imminent bid from Liverpool could be enough to sway Newcastle's stance.
"Newcastle are fearing the first bid," Steele revealed on his YouTube channel. “I think that impact will come at some point this week or next week.” The transfer window closes in early August, leaving both clubs with limited time to finalize a deal.
Steele believes a staggering £130 million offer could be enough to bring Newcastle to the negotiating table.
"Do I think he will join? Well, it all depends on Newcastle, really," Steele adds. “I still think it's too early to say, but I do have a sneaky feeling that this one will end up happening — or at least the bid will happen.”
Isak enjoyed a stellar season for Newcastle last year, netting an impressive 23 goals in the Premier League.
"Liverpool like him," Steele states. “Alexander Isak is growing in... let's just say he's desperate for the move to Liverpool. He really, really wants it."
The decision ultimately rests with Newcastle, who are understandably reluctant to part ways with their star striker.
