Truck Driver Caught With Over 1,200 Pills

Kenitra police nabbed a man Wednesday morning after discovering over 1,200 pills of various drugs, including ecstasy and prescription medication, in his truck. The arrest followed intelligence gathered by the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance (DGST), which alerted officers to the suspect's arrival from northern Morocco.

A search conducted upon his interception revealed a large stash of illicit substances. "Acting on DGST information, our officers stopped the truck and found 1,280 pills," said a security source. "Further investigation is ongoing."
