WASHINGTON — The Milwaukee Brewers have placed right-handed pitcher Jacob Misiorowski on the 15-day injured list with a left tibia contusion, marking their third injury within just three days.
Misiorowski was struck by a line drive in his most recent start on July 28 against the Chicago Cubs. Despite the blow to his shin, he remained in the game and pitched four innings.
Rookie pitcher Logan Henderson has been called up from Class AAA Nashville to fill Misiorowski's roster spot.
