**First-ever Guest of Honor Spotlights Growing Bilateral Ties**

PANAMA CITY — Morocco took center stage at the 21st Panama International Book Fair, held August 11-17 at the Atlapa Convention Center. Marking its first participation in a Latin American literary event, Morocco was named Guest of Honor for this year's fair, highlighting the significant momentum building in bilateral relations between the two nations.


“This is a momentous occasion, signifying not just a celebration of Moroccan culture but also a deepening connection between our countries,” said [Name and Title], during the opening ceremony. “We believe this cultural exchange will contribute to understanding and collaboration on many fronts.”  

The Moroccan pavilion showcased a diverse selection of literature, ranging from traditional folktales to contemporary novels, alongside visual arts and crafts.
