Residents and environmental activists in Larache province are sounding the alarm over repeated drinking water leaks plaguing several rural areas. The latest incident, in Douar El-Keiza, has seen untreated water flowing freely for days.

This continued waste of potable water comes as Morocco grapples with a severe drought crisis, exacerbating concerns over access to clean drinking water for rural communities.
