Morocco cemented its position as the dominant supplier of raspberries and blackberries to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in 2024, capturing a staggering 97% of total imports.

The country shipped an impressive 63,000 tonnes of the juicy fruits last year, dwarfing its nearest competitor, Turkey, which managed only 1,200 tonnes. This overwhelming dominance highlights Morocco's growing prowess in the global berry market.
