Sam Altman warns there’s no legal confidentiality when using ChatGPT as a therapist

AI and the Law: A Conversation Without Confidentiality?

Tech CEO Highlights Gap in Legal Framework for AI

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has pointed to a key challenge facing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the legal system: the lack of a clear regulatory framework.

This means that discussions held with AI systems, which could potentially contain sensitive legal information, are not protected under existing laws.
